1986
Two Hundred Square Feet of Conviction
Giriraj Agarwal opens a modest 200 sq ft store in Jaipur with little more than mattresses, pillows and an unshakeable standard: only sell what you would sleep on yourself. He travels the length of South India to source quality — and comes home with a reputation that outgrows the shop.
2008
The Second Generation Steps In
Saurabh Agarwal joins the family business and spends three years apprenticing under his father — learning fabrics by touch and customers by name. Under his watch, a new 3,200 sq ft outlet opens, and the house diversifies into curtains, wallpapers, upholstery, wooden flooring and décor.
2018
Divisha Interiors Is Born
The family ventures into B2B with Divisha Interiors — a dedicated 1,000 sq ft wholesale house for sofa fabrics. What begins as a bold experiment becomes Rajasthan's fabric backbone for retailers and studios.
2021
Twenty Thousand Square Feet of Craft
Divisha moves into a far larger facility — 7,000 sq ft of retail and 11,000 sq ft of wholesale operations. The dealer network crosses 350 partners, stretching from Rajasthan into Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir and Madhya Pradesh.

Two Houses, One Promise
RR Interiors becomes the complete furnishing destination for homes, hotels and institutions — while Divisha carries the Make in India ambition nationally through franchises and factory-direct partnerships. The next chapter is being written now.
